Parents, I provide you with clarity around how to support adolescents in sport, so you can stop guessing. The foundational knowledge, framework of support essentials and the tools, empower you to guide your sporting teen and keep them flourishing, in sport, through adolescence and beyond.
Based on over 15 years of practical experience working with adolescents and their families, I know that supporting an adolescent in sport through this time is tough, there are SO many aspects to cover & to understand. It can be confusing, overwhelming and easier to just stick your head in the sand and just manage them through ANOTHER injury.
